Agility Specialty Classes

Marvel Dog Training’s specialty classes focus on specific skill development for you and your dog. These classes will help you further your understanding of the sport of agility and give you the opportunity to work on advanced skills such as distance work, weaves, and AAC and CKC agility games.
Competition Course Work Starters/Advanced

Ready to take on full courses? In this class, you and your dog will run a complete Starters/Advanced course of 17–20 obstacles. Each week brings a brand-new course designed to put into practice the skills developed in Grade 3 and 4. You’ll get personalized feedback on everything from choosing the most efficient handling path, recognizing your dog’s line, and timing of your cues, to exploring different handling options for each challenge on course.
Class Requirements:
- Dog and handler must have completed Agility Grade Four or have instructor approval
- Dogs must be crated between turns
- Current set of vaccines
Competition Coursework – Masters

Marvel Dog Training Academy’s Competition Coursework Masters class focuses on walking full agility courses from start to finish. Each week brings fresh layouts to keep you and your dog engaged and improving.
Whether you’re aiming for the competition ring or simply want to have fun, this class is perfect for honing your course-walking abilities.
Class Requirements:
- Dog and handler must have completed Agility Grade Four or have instructor approval
- Dogs should be weaving 12 poles
- Dogs must be crated between turns
- Current set of vaccines
