Payment is due at time of booking. Methods of payment accepted: Visa, Debit, Mastercard, Amex, E-Transfer and Cash.

All fees are non-refundable or transferable. This includes: Workshops, Seminars and Fun Matches. We do not offer make up sessions for missed classes. Our refund policy also includes those that have to miss class due to injuries, health reasons, COVID, change in work schedule, etc.  

We highly encourage family involvement in dog training! Having everyone on the same page with commands and techniques helps your dog learn faster and creates a more consistent environment. The more family members who attend, the better your dog will understand that everyone expects the same good behaviour.

If your dog is not feeling well (loose stool, vomiting, coughing, lethargic, etc.) it is best to keep your dog at home in case they are contagious as per your vet’s recommendations. We do encourage you to attend the class without your dog so that you can still learn what is being taught, and can practice these skills at home when your dog is feeling better. Just be sure to wear clean clothes and wash your hands before attending class so as not to transfer any germs to other classmates.

Bitches in season are welcome to attend all classes. We ask that she wears dog diapers while in our facility to prevent dripping on the floor and undue distractions to the other dogs in class.

Yes! We always welcome people to come out and watch a class before registering in a program. You can check our online calendar for the classes running each week and contact us about sitting in a class. We ask that you leave your dog at home when viewing a class.

Please bring your dog on a leash 4 – 6’ leash (no flexi or bungee leashes please), a collar, harness or gentle leader to class. You will want to bring lots of small, soft treats, a toy (if your dog enjoys playing with one), poop bags, and a bowl and water for your dog. Please also bring clean indoor shoes to use in the facility and water for yourself.

*Choke chains, prong collars and e-collars are not allowed in any of our classes.

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we can’t offer make-up classes. However, we want to ensure you don’t fall behind! If you need to miss a class, speak with your instructor or contact us and we will let you know what you have missed and what you can practice for the next class.

Group classes can be a fantastic way to train your dog, but it’s important to consider your dog’s current comfort level with other dogs. If your dog can calm down quickly after barking or lunging, a group class might still be a good fit. However, if the barking and lunging is continuous, or you’re struggling to control your dog, then private lessons might be a better first step.

Private lessons allow us to focus specifically on your dog in a controlled environment. Once your dog has made progress in private sessions, they’ll be more prepared to join a group class successfully.

We recommend enrolling your puppy into a class as soon as possible, providing they have received their puppy vaccines and have been in your home for a few days (this is to ensure we don’t overwhelm your puppy too much with changes).
